My journey into health and wellness began over a decade ago through martial arts. 
For more than 10 years, I've trained in and taught martial arts, gaining not only physical discipline but also mental and emotional resilience. Martial arts taught me the value of focus, strength, and balance - on and off the mat.

Driven by a deep desire to help others live healthier, more fulfilling lives, I expanded my path and became a Certified Wellness Coach. Since then, I've had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, offering one-on-one consultations, personalised meal plans, and holistic detox programs designed to create real, lasting change.

Today, I bring together the power of movement, mindful nutrition, and natural healing to support each client's unique wellness journey.
My mission is to empower others to feel strong, balanced, and truly well - inside and out.
